Project Overview

Designed UX/UI interface, coded the software and manufactured the hardware to run this group Health & Safety induction Kiosk for individual inductions. The brief was to come up with a solution so save reception induction time when signing in each guest/employee/contractor to site. There were 3 zoned areas each having there on induction requirements.

Advanced algorithms were construction to record all inductions. 10 Random Questions were asked after each induction that the user had to get 90% correct to gain access to site. Fully network connected over cat5 to report weekly statistics automatically.

01. Development

This is a Linux platform development. This Health & Safety induction system has 6 terminals with 3 site zones and supports 6 languages. System automatically emails all guest/employees and contractors to let them know their inspection will expire in 12 months time. The system then emails a notification at 11 months.

02. Concept Design

We created a clean intuitive design that allows the user easy navigation and use of functions. Client required automatic statistics weekly reporting.

03. Implementation

Development time was 6 months. Had a successful launch. Scott Bader saved many man hours on reception and manual site inductions.

04. Design Pride

Kept to Scott Bader's branding guidelines while designing the custom user functionality and functions.
