Project Overview

Build a on-line training course catalogue for internal training employees only

Advanced algorithms were created to allow course functions to forecast each employees training requirements and future training needs. This saved many months of man hours doing this manual process.

01. Development

This is a Linux platform development. Algorithms were developed to forecast employee demand for training up to 7 years ahead. This saved Network Rail admin staff many man hours of manual forecasting. Also, we built predictive statical graphical reporting.

02. Concept Design

We created a clean intuitive design that allows the user easy navigation and use of functions. Design targeted for desktop view only.

03. Implementation

Development time was 6 months. Had a successful launch. Clients has saved many man hours in manual tasks each month.

04. Design Pride

Kept to Network Rails branding guidelines while designing the admin user functionality and hidden administration functions.
